Aion 2 one IP per account: Control Center proxy setup
When you run several accounts, they all go out from the same PC and the same IP by default. The Control Center's Proxy page lets you give each account its own SOCKS5 line: from then on, that account logs in and plays through that line's IP, and no two accounts share it. According to the team, one IP per account is effective against bans.
- Control Center
- Taiwan · Korea · Global
Where to find it
- Updater
- Start Control Center
- “Proxy” on the left
The Proxy page has two tabs, “Subscriptions” and “Custom Network”; lines you bring yourself go under “Custom Network”. Assigned lines show in the “IP” column on the “Accounts” page, and you can also right-click an account and choose “Assign IP…”.
What it does
- Bind one line to one account and keep using it: login traffic (web login, session keep-alive, game lobby) and the game client itself all go out through that line; accounts without a line are not affected
- The game process is attached to the proxy before it starts running, so even its first connection uses the line
- Bulk-import SOCKS5 lines in several common formats, or load them from a .txt file
- Test each line's latency, exit IP, country and exit type (residential, datacenter, mobile)
- “Auto (1 IP each)”: tick accounts and assign in one click, using only lines that nobody uses, have not expired, did not fail testing and have a unique exit IP
- When a manual assignment would make several accounts share one IP, you are asked to confirm first
- If a line fails, the account does not fall back to your own IP and holds off logging in; other accounts keep running
- The “IP” column in the account list shows each account's line and turns red when the line is deleted, expired or failed its test
How to use it
- Run as administrator, click “Start Control Center” in the Updater, and add your accounts on the “Accounts” page first.
- Click “Proxy” on the left, switch to “Custom Network”, click “Bulk Import” and paste your lines, one per row. You can also import from a .txt file.
- Click “Test All” to see each line's latency, exit IP and type, and replace any line that fails.
- Tick the accounts to assign and click “Auto (1 IP each)”. To pick a specific line, right-click the account and choose “Assign IP…”.
- Go back to the “Accounts” page and check each account's line in the “IP” column.
- Start the accounts or start Daily Activities. Assignment changes take effect the next time the account logs in.
Settings explained
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Bulk Import | One SOCKS5 line per row; rows starting with # are treated as comments. Accepted formats: IP/port/user/password, domain|port|user|password|expiry, host:port:user:password, host port user password, socks5://user:password@host:port and user:password@host:port. After importing, it tells you how many lines were added, updated and failed, with the reason for each failure. |
| Importing again | Importing the same address, port and user again overwrites the password and expiry; existing assignments stay the same. |
| Test Selected / Test All | Tests latency only (3 tries, median taken) and looks up the exit IP, country and type, shown as for example “Korea - Residential”. Lines are tested once when the Control Center starts and then every 6 hours. |
| Auto (1 IP each) | Only handles ticked accounts that have no line yet. If there are not enough lines, the remaining accounts stay unassigned and you are told how many are left; several accounts are never squeezed onto one IP. |
| Right-click › Assign IP… | A pop-up lists the lines, with filters for usable lines only and unassigned lines only. Double-click a row to assign it to this account. Unused lines in good shape are listed first. |
| Remove Expired / Expiring within 7 days | Lines you imported yourself only show a warning when they expire and are not blocked (providers often give a grace period). Clear them in one click, or filter for lines expiring within 7 days and renew them early. |
| Game proxy driver status | The top right of the page shows whether the driver is running. When the driver is unavailable, accounts with a line will not start the game. If the driver is missing, the Control Center installs it automatically. |
Good to know
- Only SOCKS5 lines are supported; importing http:// or other protocols fails with a message. Third-party one-IP-per-account tools are not compatible with the Control Center, so use its “Proxy” page directly.
- The Control Center has to run with administrator rights for the proxy driver to work.
- An account with a line never quietly switches to your own IP: if its line is deleted or the driver is unavailable, that account does not log in, and closing the Control Center also closes the games running through a proxy.
- If a line cannot connect, only the accounts using it pause, retrying after 1, 2, 5 and 10 minutes; other accounts are not affected. The log tells you to test that line on the Proxy page, then replace it or remove the assignment if it is dead.
- Game traffic still goes through the assigned line when Clash (fake-ip mode) is running on the same PC.
- Assignment changes take effect the next time the account logs in.
- One IP per account only solves the problem of several accounts sharing one IP. Automation tools still carry account risk, so weigh that yourself.
