Aion2 Bot Update Oct 28: AION 2 Bot Dodges and Interrupts in Krao Cave, Feather Gathering Joins Auto Quest, Amulets and Belts Auto-Upgrade to Gold, Ready for the Korea, Taiwan and Global Patches

October 28 was a scheduled game update day, and Aion2 Bot shipped several builds (11:09, 13:11, 18:03, 19:00, 21:08 and 22:46, all UTC+8). Four changes matter most. The bot now supports the scheduled updates on Taiwan, Korea and Global. In Krao Cave it dodges the second boss’s cluster skill and force-interrupts the final boss’s skill 08. Feather gathering is now part of Auto Quest. Amulets and belts upgrade themselves, but only up to gold. This week’s Awakening Battle was also rotated, gathering now stops at the daily cap, and skill usage was tuned for every class.

Support for the October 28 Taiwan, Korea and Global updates

• 13:11: the bot was adjusted for today’s scheduled updates on the Taiwan and Korea servers.
• 18:03: the Korea update was finished.
• 19:00: the bot was adapted to today’s Global update. Korea, Taiwan and Global are now all up to date.
• 22:46: fixed a bug on Korea where Auto Quest and gathering could crash the game.

Krao Cave: dodging the cluster skill and forcing the interrupt

The 11:09 build makes two improvements to Krao Cave:

• The bot now dodges the second boss’s cluster skill automatically.
• When the final boss casts skill 08, the bot first cancels whatever other skill it is using, then forces out an interrupt Stigma skill.

Feather gathering joins Auto Quest

Also in the 11:09 build, feather gathering is now part of Auto Quest:

• It uses a dedicated feather-gathering algorithm that saves flight energy. Feathers on the ground are gathered while standing on the ground.
• Once the feathers nearby are gathered, the bot prefers to teleport to an area where feathers are more densely packed.
• While gathering feathers, it also picks up Hidden Cubes nearby.

Gathering stops at the daily cap

From the 19:00 build, gathering stops once you reach the daily gathering limit.

Gear: auto-equip, amulet and belt upgrades

• 11:09: auto-equip no longer puts on gold gear that can be listed on the Market.
• 11:09: when upgrading amulets and belts automatically, the bot exchanges them for a higher quality and then keeps upgrading.
• 22:46: belts and amulets are only upgraded automatically up to gold.

How to update

To update, open the updater. On game maintenance days the update is mandatory. Test a new version on a few machines first, then update the rest.
