Aion2 Bot Update Oct 31: AION 2 Bot Skips Crafted Gear When Extracting and Destroying, Fixes Gear Dismantling on Some Devices, Fixes Auto Quest Stuck Points on Korea and Taiwan

Aion2 Bot shipped several builds on October 31 (02:41, 17:29 and 18:53, all UTC+8), and the team posted an explanation at 15:31. Three changes matter most. From now on, extracting and destroying skip crafted gear. A bug that stopped some devices from dismantling gear properly is fixed. And Auto Quest stuck points on the Korea and Taiwan servers are fixed. The 02:41 build also optimizes Abyss farming and fixes the 20-minute dungeon exit added on October 30. The team also explained why some characters with 60K+ combat power still run the Water Dragon dungeon.

Control Center: extracting and destroying skip crafted gear

The 17:29 build changes what gets extracted or destroyed:

• From now on, extracting and destroying skip crafted gear. Crafted gear is no longer extracted or destroyed.
• Background: on October 27 the Control Center added a “Destroy instead of extract” option under “Character Enhancement”. This change applies to both extracting and destroying, so crafted gear is skipped whether or not you have turned on “Destroy instead of extract”.

Fix: gear dismantling on some devices

The 02:41 build fixes a bug where some devices could not dismantle gear properly. If you ran into this, check that dismantling works after you update.

Why some 60K characters run Water Dragon instead of Krao Cave

At 15:31 the team explained why some accounts with 60K+ combat power still go to the Water Dragon dungeon: they can no longer enter Krao Cave.

• If a character skips opening the chest more than 10 times, it can no longer enter Krao Cave.
• When that happens, the character runs the Water Dragon dungeon instead.

If you see a high-power character farming Water Dragon, check this first.

On October 30 the bot gained a setting to leave a dungeon run that is not finished within 20 minutes. The 02:41 build fixes this feature.

How to update

To update, open the updater. On game maintenance days the update is mandatory. Test a new version on a few machines first, then update the rest.
