AION 2 Global Schedules Oct. 6/7 Maintenance, With a Longer Window for Asia

AION 2 Global has announced its next scheduled maintenance following the free-to-play launch. The Steam notice lists the work for Tuesday, October 6 / Wednesday, October 7, with game login unavailable while the servers are offline.

Maintenance is scheduled to begin at 11:30 PM PDT on October 6 / 8:30 AM CEST on October 7. The standard downtime is expected to be three hours and 30 minutes.

Asia has a separate, longer window. NC expects the Asia servers to remain under maintenance for five hours and 30 minutes, two hours longer than the standard schedule. Players in the Asian region should therefore not use the North American or European estimated reopening time as their own.

The notice also confirms that a game update will be deployed during the maintenance. However, detailed patch notes were not published with the initial scheduling notice. Until NC posts those details, any claims about class balance, dungeon rewards, economy changes or PvP tuning should be treated as speculation rather than confirmed maintenance content.

This schedule is for the Steam / PURPLE Global service. Korea and Taiwan operate on separate regional maintenance calendars.
