Aion2 Bot Official Telegram Community: AION 2 Support, Tutorials and a Free Test Card

Aion.Onl support, tutorials and update notices run only through Telegram. The official channel is t.me/aion_onl and the player group is t.me/aionOnl. There is no Discord server and no email support desk, so any other group or account calling itself “official Aion.Onl” is not us.

Channel vs. group

After every AION 2 patch the helper needs to be updated, and the channel posts the progress. If the helper menu says “Update required”, close the game, run the Updater, then check the channel for a new notice.

What you can ask in the group

1. Installation and crashes: resolution, the VC++ runtime, turning off hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling. Work through the setup checklist and crash fixes first, then post a screenshot if it still fails.
2. Feature settings: Auto Task stuck at a certain level, Auto Gather for specific materials only, Auto Combat patrol points, which Daily Activities template to pick.
3. Servers: paths and language settings for Steam Global, Korea and Taiwan; see multiple servers.
4. After-sales: card keys, remaining time and permissions, such as features that need the All-in-One card (Shugo Festival automation, auto Market listing, Free Appearance).
5. Player talk: grinding spots, class builds, and how people write the game’s own built-in skill macros.

Include your server (Global, Korea or Taiwan), class, level and a screenshot of the problem, and you will get an answer much faster.

How to join

1. Install Telegram (phone or desktop) and create an account.
2. Open t.me/aionOnl and tap Join.
3. Subscribe to the t.me/aion_onl channel as well, so you do not miss update notices.
4. Read the pinned messages first; most common questions are already answered there.

FAQ

Is the test card really free? Yes. Register a new account at user.aion.onl and you get a 3-hour test card. Use it to check that the helper runs on your PC and server before you decide on a paid card. Aion.Onl is sold as time-based card keys; there is no free tier beyond the test card.

Which servers can I get help with? Steam Global (including PURPLE login), Korea and Taiwan. Mention which one you play on, because paths, game language and some quest steps differ. For example, Global has no growth-support system, so Auto Task skips those steps there.

Is the helper available in English? Yes. The in-game helper menu (F10) switches between English, Simplified Chinese and Korean instantly under General Config.

The bot stopped working after a game patch. What now? Close the game, run the Updater, and check the channel. If a feature is temporarily unavailable after an update, the helper menu lists it and retries automatically; the channel tells you when it has been adapted.

Where do I report a bug or a quest that keeps getting stuck? Post in the group with your server, faction, class, level, the quest or map name and a screenshot or log. Fixes for stuck quests are announced in the channel and in our weekly update roundups.

Stay safe

• The group does not share cracked versions, “free hacks” of unknown origin or other people’s card keys. Aion.Onl is sold by card key, and cracked programs often carry malware. Losing an account to theft is more common than losing it to a ban.
• Never hand your game login to a stranger offering to “bot it for you”, and do not give your password to anyone who asks in a private message.
• Do not disable your antivirus to run an unknown program.
• Every third-party tool carries a risk of penalties. Since October, NC has posted several account-restriction notices naming macros, bots and unauthorized programs; our ban wave explainer covers them. Aion.Onl uses advanced anti-detection techniques to protect accounts as far as possible, but cannot guarantee you will not be banned. Read the rules and decide for yourself.
