AION 2 Global: Seven Enforcement Notices Report 70,643 Account Restrictions—Not a Verified Unique-Account Total

Region: Steam/PURPLE Global. Cutoff: October 24, 2026.

NC’s English-language Global notices had reported seven batches of account restrictions by October 24. Adding the published batch figures produces 70,643 reported restriction actions. This is an independent arithmetic tally, not an official lifetime total from NC, and it does not establish that 70,643 different accounts were involved.

The seven published batches

Notice date (PDT/CEST) Reported in that batch Running sum
Oct. 10/11 4,996 4,996
Oct. 12/13 10,000 14,996
Oct. 14 9,422 24,418
Oct. 15/16 7,933 32,351
Oct. 16/17 10,326 42,677
Oct. 20/21 15,380 58,057
Oct. 23/24 12,586 70,643

The running sum simply adds the figures in each notice. The public posts do not say whether accounts appearing in different batches were deduplicated across the full period. It would therefore be inaccurate to present 70,643 as a verified count of unique players or to call every restriction a permanent ban.

What the notices say the enforcement targets

Across the notices, NC cites botting and gold farming, macros or other unauthorized programs, organized activity consistent with real-money trading (RMT), and abnormal trading patterns that disrupt the in-game economy. The publisher says restrictions are applied after review under its Operation Policy. It also explicitly says ordinary play—including long grinding sessions—is not affected simply because it is lengthy.

A security lock is a different case

NC separately describes temporary security locks for a small number of accounts when a device or connection presents a potential security risk, such as a possible account compromise. The notice says this is a protective measure, not a penalty. Players facing a lock, or those who believe a restriction was mistaken, should use the official support process for individual review.

What can—and cannot—be concluded

The sequence shows repeated enforcement reporting in the Global service from October 11 through October 24. The two latest batches reported 15,380 and 12,586 restrictions respectively. Those numbers alone do not reveal how many distinct accounts were affected, whether bot activity fell, or whether market conditions improved. Those questions require additional official data and observable in-game evidence.
